Terms & Booking Rules (Berlin) Last updated: 23.03.2026 These Terms apply to all purchases and bookings made with RS24/7 Training & Wellness UG for sessions at L'Audace Studio

1) Eligibility (18+ only)
The Studio is 18+ only. By purchasing or booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We may request proof of age. If you cannot provide it, access may be denied.
2) Studio concept (self-service / digital)
The Studio is self-service. Sessions are delivered through digital/on-screen programs. You are responsible for following instructions safely and using equipment responsibly.
3) Access & QR code (strictly personal)
Access is provided via a personal, nominative QR code linked to your account. No guests and no sharing of QR codes or accounts (including friends/partners). Entry is permitted only for your booked time slot. Access outside your slot may be blocked.
4) Time slots (60 minutes total, including cleaning)
Each booked slot is maximum 60 minutes total, including: setup, workout, cleaning/resetting, and leaving the area. Please use the last minutes of your slot to clean and reset the reformer for the next member.
5) Booking window & active booking limit (anti-abuse) Unless stated otherwise below, the following booking rules apply:
Booking window: you may book sessions up to 14 days in advance. Active bookings limit: you may hold a maximum of 3 upcoming active bookings at the same time. Once a booking is completed or cancelled, you may book another. We may suspend booking privileges if we detect booking manipulation (e.g., repeatedly blocking slots and cancelling late).
A) Unlimited Membership (Unlimited) — €109/month (incl. VAT) or €89/month (incl. VAT) for Founders


A1) Plan, fair use & minimum commitment
Price: €109/month incl. VAT (€89/month for Founders) Minimum commitment: 6 months The 6-month minimum term is binding. Early termination does not cancel the payment obligation for the remaining months of the minimum term. The remaining monthly fees become due upon early cancellation. Fair use: 1 check-in per calendar day (one session per day). The membership is personal and non-transferable.
A2) Membership pause
Members may pause their membership once per 12-month period for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. To request a pause, contact us at contact@laudacestudios.com at least 7 days before the desired pause start date. During a pause, no sessions can be booked or attended, and no monthly fee is charged for the paused period. The minimum commitment period is extended by the duration of the pause.
A3) Cancellations & no-show fee
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the session start time. If you cancel within 12 hours or do not show up, a €5 fee applies.
A4) Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session still ends at the scheduled end time. No extensions are granted for late arrival. A5) Overstaying / exceeding your slot To protect a smooth experience for everyone:
You must finish, clean, and exit by the end of your 60-minute slot. Overstay policy: First time: warning Next time: €10 fee per incident Repeated overstays may result in temporary suspension of booking/access.
B) 10-Class Pack — €159 (incl. VAT) / €139 for Founders (valid 6 weeks)


B1) What you get
10 sessions for €159 incl. VAT (€139 for Founders) Valid for 6 weeks from purchase date (unused sessions expire after validity).
B2) Booking & cancellations
Booking rules in Section 5 apply (14 days in advance, max 3 active bookings). Free cancellation up to 12 hours before start time. Late cancellation (within 12 hours) or no-show: the session may be marked as used/forfeited, and a €5 fee may apply.
B3) Late arrival & overstay
Late arrival: session ends at scheduled end time (no extensions). Overstay policy: same as A5 (warning then €10).


C) Drop-in (Single Session) — €21.99 (valid 3 months)

C1) What you get
1 single session for €21.99 incl. VAT Valid for 3 months from purchase date (expires if unused).
C2) Booking & cancellations
Booking rules in Section 5 apply (14 days in advance, max 3 active bookings). Free cancellation up to 12 hours before start time. Late cancellation (within 12 hours) or no-show: the session may be marked as used/forfeited, and a €5 fee may apply.
C3) Late arrival & overstay

6) House rules & safety
6.1 Grip socks mandatory
Non-slip grip socks are mandatory at all times. No barefoot training and no outdoor shoes on the equipment. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if you do not have a pair.
6.2 Safe use
Use equipment as intended. Do not use the reformer if you feel dizzy, unwell, or in pain. If you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition, seek medical advice before training.
6.3 Respect the space
Clean equipment after use. Be mindful of noise and other members. Do not tamper with any equipment, screens, smart lock, or safety devices.


7) Responsibility, damage & misuse
You are responsible for using the Studio and equipment safely and properly. You may be charged for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts. Serious or repeated misuse (e.g., QR sharing, repeated late cancels/no-shows/overstays, unsafe behavior) may lead to penalty fees, suspension of booking/access, or termination of membership.
8) Temporary studio closure & force majeure
In the event of a temporary studio closure beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failure, building issues, or force majeure events), active memberships will be frozen for the duration of the closure. For 10-Class Packs and Drop-in credits, the validity period will be extended by the number of days the studio was inaccessible. We will communicate any closure and its expected duration via email as promptly as possible.
9) Personal belongings / lost & found
You bring personal items at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Items left behind may be placed in lost & found and disposed of after a reasonable period.
10) 14-day Right of Withdrawal (Consumers) If you are a consumer and purchased online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of purchase/contract conclusion, without giving any reason.
10.1 How to withdraw To exercise the right of withdrawal, email us at contact@laudacestudios.com with a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract, including your name and purchase details.


10.2 Simple refund logic
a) If you withdraw within 14 days and you have NOT used the service (e.g., no check-in / no studio entry recorded) → Full refund.
b) If you withdraw within 14 days and you HAVE used the service → We will refund you minus a pro-rata amount for what has been provided.
Unlimited Membership: pro-rata is calculated based on time of access up to the day we receive your withdrawal notice (simple daily pro-rata; e.g., monthly fee ÷ 30 × number of days). 10-Class Pack: we refund the unused sessions pro-rata (pack price ÷ 10 × unused sessions). Drop-in: if the session has been used, no refund is due for that session. By purchasing and activating access immediately, you request that the service starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge the above pro-rata rule if you withdraw after using the service.
