These Terms apply to all purchases and bookings made with RS24/7 Training & Wellness UG (haftungsbeschränkt) for sessions at L’Audace Studio.
The minimum age to use L’Audace Studio is 16 years.
Members aged 16 or 17 may use the Studio only with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Before their first session, a parental/legal guardian consent & waiver form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Access may be denied until the required consent form has been received.
By purchasing or booking, adult members confirm that they are at least 18 years old. Members aged 16 or 17 confirm that the required parental or legal guardian consent has been provided.
We may request proof of age at any time.
Any parental consent or waiver does not exclude or restrict liability or statutory rights where such liability or rights cannot legally be excluded.
The Studio is self-service. Sessions are delivered through digital/on-screen programs.
You are responsible for following all instructions safely and using the equipment responsibly.
Access is provided via a personal, nominative QR code linked to your account.
QR codes, accounts, memberships, passes and bookings are strictly personal and may not be shared with friends, partners or any other person.
Guests are not permitted unless expressly included in your membership or confirmed by L’Audace Studio in advance.
Entry is permitted only in connection with a valid booking. Access outside your booked time slot may be blocked.
Each booked slot is a maximum of 60 minutes total, including:
setup
workout
cleaning/resetting the reformer
leaving the training area
Please use the final minutes of your slot to clean and reset the reformer for the next member.
Unless stated otherwise below, the following booking rules apply:
Booking window: Sessions may be booked up to 14 days in advance.
Active booking limit: You may hold a maximum of 3 upcoming active bookings at the same time. Once a booking has been completed or cancelled, another booking may be made.
We may temporarily suspend booking privileges if we detect booking manipulation, including repeatedly reserving popular slots and cancelling them shortly before the session.
Price: €149/month incl. VAT
Founders price: €89/month incl. VAT
Where a membership has a minimum commitment period, that minimum term is binding.
For the Unlimited Membership with a 6-month commitment, ordinary cancellation does not terminate the membership before the end of the agreed minimum term.
The membership is personal and non-transferable.
Unlimited Membership allows a maximum of:
1 check-in / 1 booked session per calendar day.
Unlimited members may therefore not book or attend more than one slot on the same calendar day, even if additional reformers are available.
This restriction applies to both advance bookings and same-day bookings.
Members may pause their membership once per 12-month period for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.
To request a pause, contact contact@laudacestudios.com at least 7 days before the desired pause start date.
During the pause:
no sessions can be booked or attended;
no membership access is available;
no monthly membership fee is charged for the paused period.
Where the membership has a minimum commitment period, the minimum commitment is extended by the duration of the pause.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled session start time.
A cancellation made less than 4 hours before the session is considered a late cancellation.
A booking that is not attended and has not been cancelled in accordance with the above rule is considered a no-show.
A €5 late-cancellation or no-show fee may apply.
The member remains entitled to demonstrate that no damage was incurred by L’Audace Studio or that the actual damage was substantially lower than the €5 fee.
To ensure fair access to reformers for all members:
If an Unlimited Member records 3 no-shows within a rolling period of 30 days, their booking privileges will be suspended for 7 days.
During this 7-day suspension, the member cannot make or attend bookings.
The membership itself remains active and membership fees continue to apply during the suspension period.
After the 7-day suspension, booking access will resume unless additional restrictions are imposed due to repeated misuse.
If you arrive late, your session still ends at the originally scheduled end time.
No extensions are granted for late arrival.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, you must finish your workout, clean the equipment and leave the training area by the end of your 60-minute slot.
Overstay policy:
First incident: warning.
Further incidents: €10 fee per incident.
The member remains entitled to demonstrate that no damage was incurred or that the actual damage was substantially lower than the €10 fee.
Repeated overstaying may result in temporary suspension of booking and/or Studio access.
Membership Flex plans are monthly cancellable (monatlich kündbar) and continue until cancelled.
To cancel a Membership Flex plan, L’Audace Studio must receive the cancellation request at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests can be sent to:

If the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the next billing date, the membership will end at the end of the current paid billing period.
If the cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the next billing date, the next billing period will begin as scheduled and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period.
Membership fees already due for an ongoing billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
All other booking, cancellation, no-show, safety and Studio rules contained in these Terms also apply to Membership Flex plans.
Where a Membership Flex plan provides Unlimited access, the Unlimited fair-use rules also apply, including:
maximum 1 booked session per calendar day;
free cancellation until 4 hours before the session;
a 7-day booking suspension after 3 no-shows within a rolling 30-day period.
10 sessions for €159 incl. VAT.
Founders price where applicable: €139 incl. VAT.
The pack is valid for 6 weeks from the purchase date.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise stated in the specific offer purchased.
The booking rules in Section 5 apply:
bookings up to 14 days in advance;
maximum 3 upcoming active bookings at the same time.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
If a booking is cancelled less than 4 hours before its start time or the member does not attend, the session may be marked as used/forfeited and a €5 fee may apply.
Where a €5 fee is charged, the member remains entitled to demonstrate that no damage was incurred or that the actual damage was substantially lower.
Late arrival does not extend the booking.
The session ends at the scheduled end time.
The overstay policy described in Section A5 also applies.
1 single session for €21.99 incl. VAT.
The credit is valid for 3 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period.
The booking rules in Section 5 apply.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
If the booking is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time or the customer does not attend, the session may be marked as used/forfeited and a €5 fee may apply.
Where a €5 fee is charged, the customer remains entitled to demonstrate that no damage was incurred or that the actual damage was substantially lower.
Late arrival does not extend the booked session.
The overstay policy described in Section A5 also applies.
Non-slip grip socks are mandatory during training.
No barefoot training and no outdoor shoes are permitted on the equipment.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the Studio if you do not have your own.
Equipment must be used as intended and according to the instructions provided.
Do not use the reformer if you feel dizzy, unwell or experience pain.
If you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, seek appropriate medical advice before training.
Members are responsible for selecting sessions appropriate to their fitness level and physical condition.
Please:
clean the reformer and equipment after use;
be mindful of noise and other members;
leave the station ready for the next member;
do not tamper with reformers, stations, screens, smart locks, scanners, safety devices or other Studio equipment.
You are responsible for using the Studio and its equipment safely and properly.
You may be charged for damage caused by misuse, negligence or intentional acts, subject to applicable law.
Serious or repeated misuse may result in suspension of booking privileges, suspension of Studio access and/or termination of membership where permitted.
Examples include:
QR code or account sharing;
allowing another person to enter using your membership or booking;
repeated no-shows;
repeated late cancellations;
repeated overstaying;
unsafe use of equipment;
deliberate interference with Studio equipment or access systems;
booking manipulation.
In the event of a temporary Studio closure beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, building issues or force majeure events, active memberships will be frozen for the duration of the closure where appropriate.
For class packs and Drop-in credits, the validity period will be extended by the number of days during which the Studio was inaccessible.
We will communicate relevant closures and their expected duration by email as promptly as reasonably possible.
Personal items are brought into the Studio at your own risk.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Items left behind may be placed in lost & found and disposed of after a reasonable period.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a consumer purchase, the statutory provisions apply.
For online purchases, the applicable withdrawal information and instructions provided during the purchase process form part of the contractual information.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer withdrawal rights.

Membership-specific terms and conditions

Membership-Specific Terms & Conditions – Unlimited Membership
Minimum commitment & early termination This membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months. The 6-month minimum term is binding. Early termination does not cancel the payment obligation for the remaining months of the minimum term. The remaining monthly fees become due upon early cancellation and will be charged to your {PAYMENT_METHOD}.
Fair use 1 check-in per calendar day. The membership is personal and non-transferable.
Membership pause You may pause your membership once per 12-month period for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. To request a pause, contact us at contact@laudacestudios.com at least 7 days before the desired pause start date. No fee is charged during the pause period. The minimum commitment period is extended by the duration of the pause.
Cancellations & no-show fee Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows incur a €5 fee, charged to your {PAYMENT_METHOD}.
Late arrival Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. No extensions are granted.

Overstay policy You must finish, clean, and exit within your 60-minute slot. First offence: warning. Subsequent offences: €10 fee per incident, charged to your {PAYMENT_METHOD}. Repeated overstays may result in suspension of booking access.
